The Tor Project, Inc. is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator!

The Tor Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization advancing human rights and freedoms by creating and deploying free and open source anonymity and privacy technologies, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-month contract starting in late January or early February, 2024. This will be a part-time, remote position; 20 hours per week, $30 USD/hour.

This person will be responsible for driving the hiring process for each open position, owning job posting administration, coordinating hiring teams, and managing the candidate process.

The person in this position will partner with different teams to coordinate and facilitate the hiring process for positions that will be opening up in 2024, such as software developers and a UX researcher. We anticipate four to six open positions during this time period.
